Win-Win Apples and Pears Up to 30% Off
Expanded Rice Discounts and 60% Off Imported Pork Belly
Lotte Mart announced on September 10 that it will hold the "Ultra-Fresh Festa" from September 11 to 17. Through this event, Lotte Mart will offer early autumn seasonal foods at discounts of up to 60%.
First, ahead of Chuseok, the company will focus on stabilizing apple and pear prices, which see increased demand from customers during this period. Lotte Mart will secure 200 tons of B+ grade apples and 50 tons of pears for the "Win-Win Fruit" promotion. These fruits, which may be smaller in size or have minor blemishes, are selected for sweetness-apples at 12 Brix and pears at 11 Brix or higher-ensuring taste and nutrition equivalent to standard products.
The promotional prices are up to 30% lower than regular retail prices. "Win-Win Apples" (4 to 8 pieces) will be available for 9,990 won, including a 2,000 won discount for purchases made with event cards (Lotte, Shinhan, or Samsung Card) until September 14. "Win-Win Pears" (2 to 5 pieces) will be offered at 9,990 won until September 17.
The discount on rice has been increased compared to the previous week. As part of a price stabilization initiative in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the discount rate for the flagship product "Jeonggalhan Rice" (20kg) has been raised from 5% to 8%. Any L.Point member can purchase it for 59,708 won, which is under 60,000 won.
Meat products are discounted by up to 60%. On September 11, "Honey Pork Belly and Neck" (each 100g) will be available to L.Point members at a 60% discount, limited to one pack per person, for a special daily price of 996 won. "Chilled Beef Short Ribs for Stew" (100g) will be offered at half price-2,390 won-when purchased with an event card until September 14. "LA-Style Beef Short Ribs" (1kg) will be discounted by 10,000 won for L.Point members.
Popular seafood and ready-to-eat meals will be offered at direct prices. "Wando Live Abalone" (per piece, refrigerated, domestic) will be sold at 2,990 won for extra-large and 1,990 won for large sizes. "Domestic Boneless Cutlassfish" (400g) is priced at 9,900 won. Large sushi sets (20 pieces) will be available for 11,990 won, and "Family Giant Pork Ribs" (1 pack) will be sold for 19,990 won.
