Korea Student Aid Foundation Receives 3,503 Applications for 35 Positions... Grade 5 General Administration Sees 130:1 Competition Ratio

The Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byungil), a leader in establishing an artificial intelligence (AI) culture, announced on September 8 that the application period for its “2025 Comprehensive Recruitment” and “2025 Second Half Rolling Recruitment (Fixed-term Employees),” which was open for a total of 15 days from August 21 to September 4, closed with an average competition ratio of 100 to 1.


A total of 3,503 applicants submitted applications for the 35 available positions. In particular, the most competitive fields were Grade 5 General Administration (General), with a ratio of 130 to 1 (18 positions, 2,338 applicants); Grade 5 IT Development and Operations, with a ratio of 127 to 1 (5 positions, 633 applicants); and Grade 6 Administrative Support, with a ratio of 106 to 1 (3 positions, 317 applicants).

After the first round of document screening, the successful candidates will be announced on the Korea Student Aid Foundation recruitment website on September 12.


Applicants for the comprehensive recruitment must complete their written exam registration between September 12 and 15 in order to take the written test on September 21.


Applicants for the second half rolling recruitment must take the personality assessment between September 12 and 15 to be eligible for the interview process on September 18.


After the document screening, the comprehensive recruitment process will proceed with a written test, practical interview, and in-depth interview, with final successful candidates to be announced on November 14. For fixed-term employees, the final successful candidates will be announced on September 30 after the interview process.
