Establishment of the Future Strategy Bureau to Lead Local Election Strategy
Key Appointments Made at Party Headquarters

On September 8, the People Power Party established the Future Strategy Bureau, which will lead the party's strategy for next year's local elections, and appointed two-term lawmakers Park Sooyoung and Kim Hyungdong as Senior Vice Chairs of the Policy Committee.

After the Supreme Council meeting that day, Park Sunghoon, Senior Spokesperson of the People Power Party, met with reporters and stated, "Through the Future Strategy Bureau, which will serve as the strategic control tower for the party, we will respond swiftly to major issues."

Lee Hogeun was appointed as Director of the Future Strategy Bureau. Lim Bora and Jeon Jaesoo were appointed as Directors of the Planning and Coordination Bureau and the Policy Bureau, respectively. The party explained that this establishes a foundation for proactively responding to the changing political landscape. Yoon Sunyoung, Director of General Affairs, and Lee Jeonghee, Director of Organization, will remain in their current positions to ensure continuity in party operations.

Cho Cheolhee was appointed as Director of the Seoul City Party Secretariat. Senior Spokesperson Park stated, "We will quickly complete the remaining appointments within this week to prepare for victory in the metropolitan area, which could determine the outcome of the local elections."

Additionally, Park and Kim were appointed as Senior Vice Chairs of Policy to assist Kim Doeup, Chair of the Policy Committee of the People Power Party. Park will be responsible for economic affairs, while Kim will oversee labor and environmental affairs. Together with the current Senior Deputy Policy Chair Kim Eunhye, they will collectively oversee the party's policy direction.
