This event is hosted and organized by the Gyeongbuk Domin Ilbo, and aims to directly introduce Korean beef and agricultural specialties from North Gyeongsang Province, supporting local farmers by expanding their market access.

In particular, as it is a direct sales market held in the unique setting of a beach, all 22 cities and counties of North Gyeongsang Province will take part, raising expectations for a vibrant festival that both tourists and local residents can enjoy together.

Yeongju City will participate alongside local companies Sobaeksan Yujin Mom & Yeongju 726 (producers of processed apple and omija products) and Doongidang (producer of Injeolmi rice cakes) to promote Yeongju’s healthy and unique foods.

'Sobaeksan Yujin Mom & Yeongju 726' will present apple juice and processed snacks made from high-quality apples and omija grown in pristine natural environments, earning consumer trust through fresh ingredients and healthy flavors.

Also participating, 'Doongidang' is drawing attention with its 'Castella Injeolmi,' a modern twist on traditional rice cakes. With its soft, sweet taste and creative concept, it is being recognized as a special snack that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.

A Yeongju City official stated, "This market is a meaningful opportunity for agricultural specialties carefully grown and produced in Yeongju to meet consumers directly," adding, "We hope that local specialties, filled with the hard work and dedication of our farmers, will become more widely known and help revitalize rural communities."
