Baemin Academy Launches "Baemin AI Business School"
Free AI Training Program Empowers Small Food Service Owners
Strengthening Competitiveness and Bridging the Digital Divide with AI Education
Baemin Academy will offer a free artificial intelligence (AI) education program for small business owners in the food service industry.
Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baemin, announced on September 3 that Baemin Academy has launched the "Baemin AI Business School" and will begin with the "Strategies for Securing Loyal Customers That Lead to Sales," followed by a series of AI-focused education programs.
Baemin introduced this program to help small business owners strengthen their competitiveness and improve operational efficiency in the increasingly competitive food service industry through AI education. The courses will be offered in three formats: topic-specific classes, all-in-one courses, and one-day classes.
The topic-specific classes will be conducted online via Zoom. Business owners can select and learn only the fields they need, tailored to their individual demands, using Zoom. The topic-specific courses offered over three weeks include marketing, store operations, customer service, and Baemin delivery operations.
The all-in-one course is an integrated program that applies AI across all aspects of store management. Scheduled to be held in-person over five weeks in November, the all-in-one course covers everything from brand analysis using AI chatbots and image/video generation models to creating visual content for store promotion, with a curriculum designed to maximize AI utilization.
The one-day classes, held two to three times a month, will cover a variety of topics such as "Creating Store Promotional Videos with AI" and "Blog Marketing Using AI," and will be conducted online. All courses can be registered for through the Baemin Academy website.
Baemin Academy has been paying close attention to the trend of food service business owners using AI in store operations, and since June of last year, has offered a variety of AI-related lectures. Up until August, a total of 54 sessions had been held both online and offline, with approximately 3,000 participants. Each course attracted high demand, resulting in competitive registration.
Kwon Yongkyu, Head of the Partner Growth Center at Woowa Brothers, stated, "Interest in AI utilization among food service business owners is higher than ever," adding, "We hope that the AI Business School program will help business owners enhance their competitiveness and bridge the digital divide in the increasingly competitive food service industry."
