Under the slogan "All-American, Proven & Ready," Samsung SDI will showcase new ESS products and technologies manufactured in the United States, designed to address the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and tariff policies.

At this exhibition, Samsung SDI will unveil two new models of its power ESS solution, the Samsung Battery Box (SBB). The SBB 1.7 offers a 17% increase in energy density compared to previous models. The SBB 2.0 features LFP (lithium iron phosphate) cells, providing extended lifespan. Both products incorporate embedded direct injection (EDI) fire suppression technology to enhance safety.

In addition, Samsung SDI plans to exhibit a variety of innovative products, including new uninterruptible power supply (UPS) models and thermal propagation prevention technology. A Samsung SDI representative stated, "We will accelerate our efforts to penetrate the U.S. market with ESS products and innovative technologies optimized for local needs."
