This program, selected as a specialized commissioned training course for veterans, was the Forest Safety Manager Training Course at the Korea Global Academy. It was conducted three times a week, totaling 60 hours, from May 12 to August 29.

Eight veterans participated in the training, and all of them completed the course. Notably, six who passed the written exam will be eligible to obtain the Forest Technician Certificate if they pass the practical test scheduled for early September. This will enable them to work in related fields such as forest fire monitoring.

An official from the center stated, "According to a survey conducted among the graduates, satisfaction with the training facilities and the program was very high," adding, "We hope that all graduates will obtain their certifications and be connected to stable employment opportunities."
