This year marks the 7th edition of the competition, with 103 official dealer technicians participating. Their understanding of the vehicle's advanced features and overall systems was evaluated, and nine technicians who achieved outstanding results passed the preliminary round.
The finals were held on August 28 at the Ford Korea Training Center in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province. The event assessed the technicians' overall maintenance capabilities, including accurate diagnostics and problem-solving skills using Ford's technical manuals and specialized equipment.
Kim Namcheol from Sunin Motors won first place, Kim Hoyoung from The Park Motors took second place, and Kang Seongil from Sunin Motors and Yoon Jeongseok from Premier Motors shared third place. All received trophies and prize money.
Lee Geunsu, Executive Director of Ford Korea's Service Division, stated, "We are making multifaceted efforts to cultivate competitive technicians with professionalism and capability, always putting customers first." He expressed his gratitude to the technicians who participated in the technical competition and encouraged them to continue enhancing the customer experience.
