Ediya Coffee Teams Up with Napoli Mafia for Limited-Edition Autumn Menu Launch

Introducing Three New Hazelnut Beverages and Dessert

On August 29, Ediya Coffee announced that it will launch three new limited-edition autumn menu items inspired by Italian sensibilities on September 2. This collaboration is with Chef Kwon Sungjun of Napoli Mafia, who is the winner of "Black & White Chef" and an expert in Italian cuisine.


The new menu features two beverages-Hazelnut Americano and Hazelnut Gelato Cafe Mocha-and a dessert, Hazelnut Tiramisu. All three items highlight hazelnuts, a nut widely used in Italy.


The "Hazelnut Americano" enhances the nutty flavor by adding hazelnut powder to Ediya Coffee's Americano. The "Hazelnut Gelato Cafe Mocha" combines chocolate, gelato-textured ice cream, and hazelnuts. The "Hazelnut Tiramisu" features cream infused with hazelnut aroma.

The day before, Ediya Coffee released a video on its official social media channels featuring Chef Kwon Sungjun introducing the new menu items himself. In the video, the chef explains the new products and makes a special promise: if the new menu achieves the highest sales ever for Ediya Coffee's autumn seasonal beverages, he will offer meal vouchers to his own restaurant, Via Toledo.


An Ediya Coffee representative stated, "Through this collaboration with Italian cuisine expert Chef Kwon Sungjun, we aimed to deliver a unique experience to our customers," and added, "We hope you enjoy the distinctive flavors and atmosphere of the Ediya Coffee hazelnut menu."
