The Korea Tourism Organization identified the company's incentive tour plans in May and began efforts to attract the group to Korea. In July, the organization actively promoted the visit by arranging pre-inspection tours and connecting the company with Korean ginseng processing businesses to meet Zhongshi Public Co., Ltd.'s needs.

Zhang Meiying, General Manager of Zhongshi Public Co., Ltd., stated, "This trip to Korea will be an opportunity to boost the morale of our employees. We are encouraging our agents to purchase and experience as many Korean products as possible, and after the trip, we will actively collect feedback from our agents to thoroughly review the market potential for importing Korean products."

Song Eunkyung, Team Leader of MICE Marketing at the Korea Tourism Organization, said, "In 2024, the average per capita spending of incentive tour groups is approximately $2,804, which is significantly higher than the $1,372 average per capita spending of general foreign tourists. With expectations running high among local governments and the industry ahead of the visa waiver for Chinese group tourists, we will continue to attract more incentive tour groups to Korea by providing customized support tailored to the increasingly diverse and segmented needs of companies."
