Jeonbuk Province Recruiting 'Jeonju Olympic Bid Promotion Supporters'

Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province is recruiting 'Jeonju Olympic Bid Promotion Supporters' to realize the dream of hosting the Olympics in Jeonju together with the public.

According to the province on August 22, the promotion supporters will freely promote news related to the Jeonju Olympic bid through various online channels such as their personal social media accounts and YouTube.

They will also help spread the word by sharing and liking Olympic-related posts on Jeonbuk Province's official channels, and are expected to participate in major online events such as challenges and hashtag campaigns.

The recruitment period runs until December 31, and anyone interested in the Jeonju Olympic bid is eligible to apply. Applications can be submitted after identity verification on the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province website.

Yoo Heesook, head of the Jeonbuk Province 2036 Summer Olympic Bid Committee, said, "This supporter program was created with the idea that each and every citizen is the protagonist in promoting and shaping the Jeonju Olympics," adding, "We hope you will join us on this journey to turn everyone's dreams into reality, grounded in a sense of belonging."
