Abley Launches Seller-Exclusive App to Enhance Seller Convenience

Key Features Consolidated, Including Order and Inquiry Management
New Chat and Push Notification Functions for Customer Inquiries

Abley, the fashion platform operated by Able Corporation, announced on August 20 that it has launched a seller-exclusive app called "Abley My Market Management" to enhance seller convenience.


The seller-exclusive app consolidates key features necessary for market management, such as "order management" and "inquiry management," into a single platform. Unlike in the past, when sellers had to access the PC or mobile web, they can now manage their markets in real time through a dedicated app optimized for mobile environments. This is expected to improve convenience for both small- and medium-sized sellers operating with limited staff and large markets with a significant customer base. The app is available for free download from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

The app features an intuitive UI·UX (user interface and user experience), making it easy for even beginner sellers to use. Core business functions such as "order lookup" and "inquiry management" are placed on the main screen. The inquiry management tab includes search filters for inquiry types such as "shipping," "price," and "restocking," as well as by "date received" and "progress status," allowing sellers to sort and manage inquiries as they wish. Customer inquiries received in real time can be answered immediately through the app's chat feature.


The app also provides a real-time push notification feature. Sellers can instantly check and respond to changes such as new orders, returns, and exchange inquiries. Another notable feature is the reservation management function for beauty shop sellers (such as nail and eyelash salons) who joined through the "Beauty Shop Reservation" service, which began pilot operations in June. The app supports various functions, including setting store operating hours and prices, as well as viewing reservations.


An Abley representative stated, "We will continue to explore various ways to enhance seller convenience and steadily advance the seller-exclusive app," adding, "We hope that many sellers will be able to resolve the challenges they face in market management and achieve sales growth through Abley's technology."
