HDC Hyundai Development Company aims to set a new standard in residential culture by offering services that go beyond simple living spaces to comprehensively manage both physical and mental health. The detailed programs include a smart fitness center, yoga and meditation sessions, healing-oriented landscaping, and personalized health consulting.

The community center will be equipped with a variety of healthcare facilities. Residents will have access to integrated services such as health management, life coaching, and dietary and exercise guidance, both online and offline.

This initiative leverages the expertise accumulated by Hotel HDC through operating wellness resort 'Park Roche' and the six-star hotel 'Park Hyatt'. Based on premium wellness programs such as yoga, meditation, forest therapy, and sleep analysis, the company will offer high-quality services that are difficult to experience in other apartment complexes.

Content to promote resident community engagement and eco-friendly living has also been prepared. The plan is to help residents enjoy both health and relaxation through green spaces and walking trails within the complex, landscaping designed to reduce fine dust, and regular health seminars.

Rather than focusing on hardware competitiveness, HDC Hyundai Development Company is pursuing innovation in residential service models by differentiating its software offerings.

An official from HDC Hyundai Development Company stated, "We introduced wellness programs based on the philosophy that a residential space should not merely be a place to stay, but a space that enhances the value of life," adding, "Through specialized services that care for both the physical and mental health of residents, we will set a new standard."

Starting with Songpa Hanyang 2nd Complex, HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to gradually expand the wellness programs to other major complexes in the future. Through this, the company aims to strengthen its premium residential brand image, distinguishing itself from existing apartment complexes, and to lead a differentiated residential paradigm.
