Samsung Card announced on the 18th that it has launched the "Toss Samsung Card" in partnership with Toss.
The Toss Samsung Card is the first co-branded card to offer benefits for major Toss services such as Toss Pay, Toss Shopping, and Toss Prime. Customers who make payments with Toss Pay at domestic online and offline merchants can receive a 15% discount. A 15% discount is also provided for payments made through Toss Shopping.
For Toss Prime, in-app purchases on Google Play and the App Store, as well as payments for Netflix, Disney+, YouTube Premium, and Tving, users can receive a 50% discount, up to a maximum of 10,000 KRW per month.
Benefits are also available in the online sector. A 10% discount is offered for online simple payments made through Samsung Pay, Naver Pay, and Kakao Pay. A 10% discount is also provided on the total amount spent at online shopping malls such as Coupang, Naver Plus Store, and Samsung Card Shopping.
The 15% discount for Toss Pay and Toss Shopping, as well as the 10% discount in the online sector, are provided up to a maximum of 30,000 KRW depending on the payment amount.
Discounts are also available in lifestyle categories favored by Toss members. A 50% discount at Starbucks is provided, up to 5,000 KRW depending on the payment amount. For overseas payments, a 2% discount is offered without any monthly spending or limit restrictions.
A Samsung Card representative stated, "Through our partnership with Toss, we have launched the 'Toss Samsung Card,' which provides benefits directly linked to Toss services," adding, "Samsung Card and Toss plan to continue collaborating in various areas going forward."
