The western region training took place on the 11th and was attended by 40 practitioners from six cities and counties: Gunsan, Iksan, Gimje, Buan, Jeongeup, and Gochang. The eastern region training was held on the 12th, with 39 practitioners from seven cities and counties: Wanju, Imsil, Muju, Jinan, Jangsu, Namwon, and Sunchang.

The training covered topics such as key projects for rural space planning in each city and county, understanding rural space policies and establishing plans, and sharing case studies of the basic restructuring plan in Gochang County. In particular, the training focused on enhancing practical applicability through real-world examples.

A representative from the Jeonbuk Regional Support Agency stated, "Through this training, practitioners from the 13 cities and counties were able to further strengthen their understanding of rural space restructuring policies and their practical capabilities." The representative added, "We plan to analyze the effectiveness of the training through surveys and will continue with advanced training sessions in the future."

Meanwhile, training for rural village leaders is scheduled to take place next month. Village-level leaders such as township heads, village chiefs, residents' committee chairs, and implementation committee members will participate to share their understanding of rural space policies and strategies for implementation.
