Fourth Activity of the Year Carried Out
Woongjin FreedLife announced on the 13th that on the 12th, they conducted an aquarium experience with the children of Hahee's House at Aqua Planet Gwanggyo.
Located in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, Hahee's House is a group home-style child welfare facility where children in need of protection have lived together since its establishment in 2004. Through this "Shilnakwon's Companion" event, the facility established a connection with the nearby Shilnakwon Gyeonggi Funeral Hall.

A total of 10 executives and employees from Woongjin FreedLife and Shilnakwon Gyeonggi Funeral Hall participated in the event, with the Gyeonggi branch of the Milal Welfare Foundation joining as a partner organization. Under the guidance of caregivers from Hahee's House, 12 preschool and elementary school children toured the aquarium as a group.
Since 2025, Woongjin FreedLife has been carrying out a long-term social contribution project called "Shilnakwon's Companion," which involves active participation from its executives and employees.
A representative from Woongjin FreePartners stated, "We planned this Shilnakwon's Companion program with the hope that the children's bright smiles would continue throughout the summer vacation," adding, "We will continue our efforts to ensure that Shilnakwon, our premium directly operated funeral hall brand, becomes not just a venue for ceremonies but also a space that promotes a beautiful memorial culture and contributes to the local community."
