IBK Industrial Bank of Korea Holds 90% Exchange Rate Benefit Event for Overseas Student Remittances

No Limit on Number or Amount of Remittances During Event Period

IBK Industrial Bank of Korea announced on August 11 that it will hold a "90% Exchange Rate Benefit for Student Remittances at IBK" event for students studying abroad and customers staying overseas in celebration of the upcoming fall semester.

This event is open to individual customers who send overseas remittances for living expenses to students abroad in US dollars (USD), and will run until October 2. During the event period, a 90% exchange rate benefit will be provided without any limit on the number of remittances or the amount sent. This benefit applies equally at bank branches and through non-face-to-face channels.

An IBK official stated, "We prepared this event to provide tangible benefits to customers remitting tuition ahead of the September semester," and added, "We will continue to strive to offer a variety of services and benefits to our customers."
