The event will be held at Oido Traditional Fisheries Market from August 1 to 5, and at Sammi Market from August 4 to 9.

During the event period, consumers who purchase designated items in amounts exceeding a certain threshold will receive up to 30% of their purchase amount as Onnuri Gift Certificates. The maximum rebate per person is 20,000 won. The rebate amount is 10,000 won for purchases between 34,000 and 67,000 won, and 20,000 won for purchases over 67,000 won. Consumers wishing to receive the rebate must submit their purchase receipt at the rebate booth within the event venue and verify their identity.

At Oido Traditional Fisheries Market, domestic seafood is eligible for the rebate, and processed foods such as salted seafood (with at least 70% domestic ingredients) are also included. However, purchases from general restaurants, seafood bought with Zero Pay Fisheries Gift Certificates, government-stockpiled items, and imported seafood are excluded from the rebate. At Sammi Market, the rebate applies to purchases of fresh domestic agricultural, livestock, and fishery products.

Siheung Mayor Lim Byeongtaek stated, "I hope this Onnuri Gift Certificate Rebate Event will help ease the financial burden on citizens during the hot summer and contribute to revitalizing traditional markets."
