Creates Promotional Content for Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil Courses... Also Serves as a Rest Area
Gyeonggi Province has announced that it has established an exhibition and promotion hall inside the Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil Eoullim Center. This space is designed for visitors to the Eoullim Center and those who complete the Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil trail, allowing them to commemorate their achievements and create lasting memories. The province encouraged visitors to make use of the new facility.
The Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil Eoullim Center serves as a hub for the walking trail "Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil," located at the northernmost point of the DMZ. The center operates as a community space, exhibition and promotion hall, and education center, providing various amenities and information to visitors.
The newly established exhibition and promotion hall features a photo zone and a Hall of Fame for those who have completed all 12 courses of the Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil trail. This space is designed to commemorate and share the significance of completing the trail, offering a variety of content and experiences. Additionally, the center provides a rest area and convenience facilities where visitors can take commemorative photos with the center's character "Nuri" and enjoy a break.
Inside the promotion hall, there is also a space introducing all courses of the Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil trail as well as major tourist attractions in the DMZ border area. The Eoullim Center, located on the 12th course, is expected to serve as a key information center, providing visitors with information about other courses and tourist destinations throughout the DMZ area through its community exhibition space.
Park Mijeong, Director of the DMZ Policy Division of Gyeonggi Province, said, "We hope you will participate in the Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil trail completion event, making the Hall of Fame a truly meaningful space."
