Air Busan Holds Samgyetang Sharing Volunteer Event for Chobok

A Healthy Summer Gift for Over 100 Local Seniors
Flight Attendant Volunteer Groups Join the Effort

Air Busan (CEO Jung Byungsub) held a volunteer event on July 18, 2025, distributing Samgyetang to local seniors at a community welfare center located in Gangseo-gu, Busan, in celebration of Chobok.

During the event, warm Samgyetang was served to approximately 100 seniors visiting the center to support their health through the summer. About 20 employees from both companies participated in the volunteer activity, including members of Air Busan’s cabin crew volunteer group 'Blue Angel' and Jin Air’s volunteer group 'Naneun Nabi.'

Kim Yunjung, an Air Busan flight attendant, shared, "I joined this volunteer activity with the hope of supporting the health of seniors during the heat wave," and added, "I hope that our acts of sharing and communication, even if small, will be a source of strength for the seniors."

'Blue Angel,' Air Busan’s volunteer group organized by cabin crew members, regularly conducts volunteer activities every month throughout Busan and Seoul, including sharing at local welfare centers, protecting abandoned animals, and talent donations.

An Air Busan representative stated, "As an airline that seeks out places in need of help and puts positive influence into action, we will continue to uphold the values of sharing and mutual growth."
