Boryung Announces Open Recruitment for Entry-Level Sales Positions for First Half of 2025

Boryung Corp. announced on June 18 that it is conducting open recruitment for entry-level sales positions for the first half of 2025.


The application deadline is June 30. Interested candidates can apply through the Boryung recruitment website. The selection process consists of document screening, a first-round interview, a second-round interview, and then the announcement of successful candidates.


Applicants must have at least a bachelor's degree, and those scheduled to graduate in August this year are also eligible to apply. There are no restrictions on academic major. Preference will be given to local talent and those willing to work in regional offices. In line with its ongoing growth and business expansion, Boryung has increased its hiring scale and plans to recruit a double-digit number of employees nationwide, including in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon, Chungcheong, Gyeongsang, and Jeolla regions.


The main responsibilities include sales of prescription pharmaceuticals, management of hospital and clinic clients in each region, and participation in pharmaceutical-related seminars. Successful candidates will undergo a five-week onboarding program after joining, during which they will acquire essential knowledge ranging from pharmaceutical basics to sales communication skills.


For this round of recruitment, Boryung has removed most of the sections in the application form related to language test scores, overseas experience, awards, and volunteer work?commonly referred to as "specs"?and has also eliminated the previously required AI competency test. Instead, the company has significantly strengthened the evaluation of personal statements to focus on job suitability.


Additionally, to reduce the burden on applicants and to select outstanding local talent, the first-round interviews will be conducted as "on-site recruitment." These interviews will take place in four regions: Seoul, Chungcheong (Daejeon), Jeolla (Gwangju), and Gyeongsang (Busan).


Having achieved sales of 1 trillion won last year, Boryung offers its employees a variety of benefits, including health checkups, welfare points, comprehensive accident insurance for all staff, and tuition support for employees' children. The average annual salary for new hires in the sales division is among the highest in the industry, and the company provides performance-based incentives and rewards.
