This program will feature current employees from global companies such as Google, Apple, and Tesla, who will participate as mentors to help students, alumni, and local youth strengthen their global job-seeking skills.

In the first part of the program, there will be special lectures by professionals currently working in Silicon Valley. These include: a Google employee sharing 'From Domestic Experience to Joining Google,' a Tesla employee presenting 'Tesla's Unique Talent Management Strategies,' and an Apple employee discussing 'Focusing on Core Competencies Rather Than English Proficiency.'

The latter part of the program will focus on strategies for using the business networking site LinkedIn and building effective portfolios. The head of LinkedIn Korea's partner office will provide coaching on job search strategies using social networking services (SNS), practical tips for using LinkedIn, and personalized consulting sessions.

Last year, a total of 527 participants completed the same program, and the satisfaction rating was 4.83 out of 5. Notably, the participation rate among local youth reached 58.06%.

A University of Seoul representative said, "The University of Seoul operates the Career Plus Center program with support from the Ministry of Employment and Labor," and added, "This course will enhance participants' global competencies and provide practical assistance for global job placement."

Meanwhile, applications for the program are open until June 30. Current University of Seoul students can apply through the career development system UOStory (https://uostory.uos.ac.kr), while local youth can apply via UOStoryTogether (https://uostorytogether.uos.ac.kr/).
