Kibo Receives "2025 First Half Fair Recruitment Excellent Institution Certification"

Evaluation of Recruitment System, Recruitment Operation, and Recruitment Outcomes

Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Kibo) announced on June 12 that it has received the Fair Recruitment Excellent Institution Certification at the "2025 First Half Fair Recruitment Excellent Institution Certification Ceremony" held at the FKI Tower Conference Center in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

The Fair Recruitment Excellent Institution Certification system is a program in which the Korea Management Registrar (KMR) certifies public institutions and companies that exemplarily conduct fair recruitment by eliminating biased factors and focusing on job competency. The evaluation consists of three categories: recruitment system, recruitment operation, and recruitment outcomes. Institutions are selected through a thorough review of a total of 59 detailed criteria.

Last June, Kibo became the first institution to receive the Fair Recruitment Excellent Institution Certification. This year, during the renewal evaluation, Kibo once again demonstrated its outstanding recruitment management capabilities by scoring over 900 points out of a possible 1,000 across all three categories.

In particular, Kibo was highly praised for improving its recruitment process based on applicant satisfaction surveys at each stage of recruitment and for strengthening its applicant-centered empathetic recruitment practices. As a result, Kibo achieved the highest score in the new hire satisfaction category and, among fund management-type quasi-governmental organizations, was the only institution to earn the 2025 Fair Recruitment Excellent Institution Certification.

Since 2015, Kibo has implemented a job competency-based recruitment system grounded in the National Competency Standards (NCS). Since 2018, it has fully adopted blind recruitment to further enhance fairness and transparency. Recently, Kibo has been upgrading its recruitment process and continuously improving its fair recruitment system to meet the high expectations of job seekers for fair recruitment.
