Scheduled for Move-in in 2028... Rare Medium-to-Large Unit Offerings
GS Construction announced on June 12 that it plans to begin sales of "Yangsan Xi Park Felice" in Pyeongsan-dong, Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do later this month.
Yangsan Xi Park Felice will consist of six buildings with a total of 842 units, ranging from two basement levels to a maximum of 29 floors above ground. The unit breakdown is as follows: 334 units of 84㎡A, 174 units of 84㎡B, 160 units of 84㎡C, 171 units of 120㎡, and 3 units of 168㎡P. All units will be available for general sale. Move-in is scheduled for 2028.
The area where Yangsan Xi Park Felice will be built, known as the Ungsang district, is gaining attention as the central hub of the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam (Buul-gyeong) Megacity. In particular, Pyeongsan-dong is located at the heart of Dongyangsan, which is one of the most sought-after residential areas in Yangsan-si. Residents will have convenient access to Pyeongsan-dong's commercial district, as well as Emart Traders, Ungsang Culture and Sports Center, and the Yangsan City Hall Ungsang Branch Office. Pyeongsan Elementary School is within walking distance, and Ungsang Library is also nearby.
Yangsan Xi Park Felice is adjacent to the planned Ungsang Central Park, which has been under construction since 2021 and will cover approximately 99,680 square meters. After move-in, residents are expected to have access to the park. Ungsang Central Park will include facilities such as an indoor gymnasium (one basement level and two above-ground floors), as well as parks and landscaping features.
All units in Yangsan Xi Park Felice are oriented mainly to the south, and with a building coverage ratio of approximately 14%, the complex is designed to maximize sunlight and ventilation by securing open view and ventilation axes. A variety of community facilities are also planned, including a guesthouse, Kyobo Bookstore curation library, screen golf, sauna, study room, childcare center, and fitness center.
A GS Construction representative stated, "Yangsan Xi Park Felice is the first Xi brand apartment to be introduced in Yangsan, and its location in the heart of Ungsang gives it high symbolic value and rarity. As there have been few medium-to-large unit offerings in recent years, making this complex particularly rare, we will do our utmost to ensure it becomes a landmark apartment representing Yangsan."
