A, who purchased the ticket at a retailer in Wonju, Gangwon Province, said, "I buy Lotto tickets every week with a small amount, and my wife enjoys Speetto, so she buys it once or twice a month. While on a date with my wife in Wonju, we thought of buying lottery tickets and visited a lottery retailer. I was only planning to buy Lotto tickets, but Speetto 2000 caught my eye, and thinking of my wife, I bought a set."
He continued, "I handed the lottery tickets to my wife, who was waiting in the car, and went to buy some things. While I was gone, my wife scratched the Speetto 2000 ticket and, to our surprise, won first prize. My wife, flustered, showed me the ticket when I returned and asked if we really won. We comforted each other, saying we had worked hard, and shared our joy."
A explained, "Recently, my wife had a dream in which actor Byun Wooseok appeared. (In the dream) Byun Wooseok appeared in a large event hall, radiating a halo. During a prize draw, he called out my wife's name loudly, gave her a gift, and hugged her." A said he would use the prize money to pay off loans and purchase a house, adding, "Mr. Byun Wooseok, thank you for bringing good fortune to our family."
