Banksalad Introduces MyData 2.0... Accelerating Innovation in Financial, Health, and AI Services

With the introduction of MyData 2.0, Banksalad will expand the scope of financial data it provides. Dormant deposit and dormant insurance information have been added to the MyData information provided.

Banksalad will enhance the resolution of its financial data analysis to offer financial and health asset management services that allow customers to receive the maximum benefits at the optimal time. In particular, the insurance diagnosis service enables users to view both hidden insurance benefits and assets at a glance.

In the future, Banksalad plans to introduce MyData 2.0 to asset management services that combine MyData and artificial intelligence (AI). Through this, the company will precisely analyze customers' lifestyles and support hyper-personalized asset management.

In line with improvements to the MyData system, Banksalad will simplify the consent and authentication process required for service registration. During the data transfer request process, customers can simultaneously check their financial product holdings and transaction history, and the electronic signature authentication process will be reduced to a single step.

The selection of financial institutions for inquiry will be limited to 50. This will address the inconvenience of customers having to check each financial institution individually. With just one click, customers will be able to retrieve information from all institutions connected to their assets.

In accordance with the strengthened information protection policy implemented under MyData 2.0, Banksalad will add a feature that automatically deletes data that has not been used for an extended period, in order to prevent unnecessary data usage.

Banksalad will also enhance its internal MyData control system to further strengthen customer data protection and management.

Banksalad plans to officially introduce the advanced MyData 2.0 infrastructure starting June 19.

A Banksalad representative stated, "We will continue to launch innovative services that enhance customers' financial benefits, based on a safe and convenient MyData infrastructure."
