On June 5, GS Construction announced that it plans to offer premium, residents-only services by integrating service expertise through a collaboration with Parnas Hotel.
GS Construction intends to first provide these services at the community facilities of Jamsil Woosung 1, 2, and 3 complexes in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
Previously, in the bidding for the construction of Jamsil Woosung 1, 2, and 3 complexes?which are considered a major redevelopment project in Seoul with a total construction cost reaching 1.7 trillion won?GS Construction was the sole participant, resulting in a failed bid. This was the second time GS Construction submitted a solo bid, following the first round in March. If the bid fails twice in a row, the association can decide on a private contract through a general meeting, and it is highly likely that the association will proceed with a private contract with GS Construction.
Since its rebranding last year, GS Construction's residential brand Xi has redefined the concept of community facilities in its complexes from simply providing convenience for residents to "the completion of a lifestyle." Through this collaboration, community facilities will feature spaces and customized services that reflect the brand identity of the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, a five-star hotel operated by Parnas Hotel.
A GS Construction representative stated, "We plan to go beyond simply providing spaces for residents in Xi's community facilities and implement experience-based premium services. By collaborating with various industries, we will enhance the professionalism and quality of community operations, leading a new residential culture where customers can feel a sense of distinction in their daily lives."
