Otogi Unveils New Ramen Brand 'WOW' Featuring Generous Toppings

Launch of Two New Products: "WOW Gogi Yeol Ramen" and "WOW Saewoo Jin Jjambbong"

Otogi announced on June 5 that it will launch 'WOW Gogi Yeol Ramen' and 'WOW Saewoo Jin Jjambbong'.

The two 'WOW Cup Noodles' products are new releases under Otogi's new ramen brand, 'WOW'. In line with the brand concept of "enjoying generous toppings and rich flavors in a single cup," the products feature larger and more abundant toppings.

'WOW Gogi Yeol Ramen' contains beef cubes, scrambled eggs, and Cheongyang chili peppers added to Yeol Ramen, while 'WOW Saewoo Jin Jjambbong' features whole shrimp, crab-flavored sticks, and dried napa cabbage to enhance the authentic texture of the ingredients in Jin Jjambbong. Both products have significantly increased the amount of toppings compared to existing products, with a total weight of 80g.

In particular, 'WOW Gogi Yeol Ramen' uses Cheongyang chili peppers to make it even spicier than the original Yeol Ramen, increasing satisfaction for consumers who enjoy spicy flavors. 'WOW Saewoo Jin Jjambbong' not only includes shrimp toppings but also shrimp powder, allowing consumers to enjoy a refreshing and rich seafood taste.

Otogi will also engage with consumers by recruiting an '88-member tasting panel' through its official Instagram, offering the chance to try the two WOW Cup Noodles products first. Pre-orders for these products will be available on Otogi Mall starting June 11, and they will be available through various distribution channels from June 17.

An Otogi representative stated, "We plan to carry out various activities so that the newly launched WOW brand can become established as a brand that offers both visual and culinary enjoyment."
