Booyoung Group Talent Development Program... Changshin University Completes Leadership Camp

30 Students Participate

Changshin University, which was acquired by Booyoung Group, is accelerating experiential leadership education to enhance its competitiveness as a university.

On May 30, Booyoung Group announced that students from Changshin University's Karis College of Liberal Arts recently held a two-day, one-night leadership camp at the group's affiliate, Muju Deogyusan Resort, as part of the "Booyoung Group Talent and Leadership" course. This is a liberal arts course that applies experiential teaching methods. It is operated with support from the Ministry of Education's University Innovation Support Project. The program is focused on increasing students' understanding of Booyoung Group and providing practical assistance for future internships and job preparation.

Thirty students enrolled in the course participated in the camp. The program included leadership lectures, team projects, and tours of Booyoung Group's leisure facilities, all centered on practical experience.

Since acquiring Changshin University in 2019, Booyoung Group has been committed to improving the educational environment. The group provides full tuition scholarships for the first year to all freshmen (with the exception of 50% for the Department of Nursing) and has established the "Booyoung Track," a system that links education and employment by introducing a semester-based internship and practicum program in connection with group affiliates.

Thanks to these investments and innovation efforts, Changshin University has achieved a 100% freshman enrollment rate for four consecutive years. Among four-year private universities in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam region, it also ranked first in sustained employment rates.
