Sharing Big Tech Case Studies from Nvidia, AWS, and SAP
Korea Deloitte Group hosted an event to explain the AI-based digital transformation strategies of major big tech companies such as Nvidia, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and SAP.
On May 29, Korea Deloitte Group announced that it had held the 'Deloitte Connect in Korea' event the previous day in Gangnam, Seoul.
This event, held under the theme 'AI Realization Strategies Driving Enterprise Value,' is a key AI strategy sharing event for the Asia-Pacific region by Deloitte. After being held in Japan, Taiwan, and India, it took place in Korea for the first time.
Christine Ahn, Deloitte Global Nvidia Alliance Leader, delivered the keynote speech titled 'AI Without Borders: Three Key Drivers Reshaping the Global AI Market.' She identified three major trends that are reshaping the global AI market: Agent AI, Sovereign AI, and Physical AI.
Ahn explained that Agent AI is evolving beyond simple generative AI, advancing to a stage where agents can reason with each other, communicate, and autonomously carry out entire processes. She also highlighted the trend of Sovereign AI, where governments and enterprises are reducing their reliance on public cloud-based AI infrastructure and building their own AI ecosystems. Regarding Physical AI, she described it as a next-generation advanced industry centered on robotics, emphasizing that AI model training based on virtual environments such as digital twins is key.
Changmo Jung, Senior Advisor at Korea Deloitte Group, along with Partners Sungjin Kim and Myungsoo Cho, shared domestic AI adoption strategies, achievements, and challenges by industry, focusing on actual projects in Korea. They particularly emphasized cases from various industries such as finance, manufacturing, and distribution.
In addition, seven global big tech companies that are Deloitte's global alliance partners?AWS, Dataiku, Nvidia, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday?also shared case studies and technology strategies for AI applications in their respective markets and industry sectors.
Myungsoo Cho, Transformation & Innovation (T&I) Leader at Korea Deloitte Group, said, "We will continue to expand our AI-based execution platforms and strategic partnerships so that Korean companies can stay ahead in the global competition."
