Naver Ad Products to Be Displayed on External Platforms
Naver is set to advance its advertising solutions based on artificial intelligence (AI). The company is also pursuing ways to enable advertisers to run Naver ad products on external platforms such as Danggeun Market.
Naver announced that it held the advertiser conference "Naver Ads Day 2025" at the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel for two days, from May 27 to May 28.

On the first day of the event, Lee Jongmin, Head of Naver's Advertising Business Division, stated, "Naver Ads will evolve into an integrated business platform that goes beyond ad media to support performance optimization, starting with ADVoost," adding, "We will deliver an enhanced experience and value to both users and advertisers."
The event covered topics such as strategies for utilizing Naver's ad products and plans for advancing its AI advertising solutions. Specifically, the agenda included: AI-based ad solutions; optimization of search ads for sites, shopping, and brands; strategies for brand growth linked to Naver Shopping; and performance ad strategies for Brand Store.
Regarding ADVoost, Lee emphasized, "The development roadmap for Naver's advertising solutions is focused on a business-oriented AI agent that supports operational convenience and campaign optimization," and added, "Through ADVoost, we will continue to introduce various solutions that enhance growth opportunities for advertisers."
After unveiling its AI advertising solution ADVoost last year, Naver introduced ADVoost Shopping, a shopping ad-focused solution, on May 15. Moving forward, Naver plans to sequentially launch: "ADVoost Search," which displays ads highly relevant to search keywords; "ADVoost Creative," which automatically generates ad creatives; and "ADVoost Audience," which automatically expands targeting based on an AI engine.
Naver is also working to expand the reach of its ads beyond its own platform to external platforms. In this case, a variety of ad products that were previously available only on Naver?such as shopping ads, place ads, and performance-based display ads?can be run on external media. External platforms currently in discussions to display Naver ad products include Danggeun Market, Daum, Kakao Pay, Kakao Bank, and Microsoft Bing.
Additionally, Naver will intuitively reorganize visually impactful ad products on channels such as Naver Mobile and PC Home to enhance visibility and readability. The company will also introduce unique Naver ad formats integrated with its service types. For example, brand information can be exposed in integrated search as content combined with information such as specific anniversaries or weather.
Lee stated, "Naver has established itself as an essential tool for the business growth of 500,000 advertisers, based on its strong platform competitiveness," and added, "With the company-wide strategy of on-service AI, AI will be embedded across Naver's ad systems, products, and optimization. We will further strengthen the advertising ecosystem for both advertisers and users, based on a thorough user-centric perspective."
