'Aikoya Moms Cooking Ready-to-Eat Sauce,' launched by Namyang Dairy Products, is a convenient meal solution designed for infants aged 12 months and older. The product lineup includes options such as beef ragu and beef black bean sauce.

The product is made with healthy ingredients and features a sodium-safe formulation. It also meets the strict standards for infant and toddler foods, making it the only sauce-type product in Korea that is officially labeled as an 'infant and toddler food.'

This sauce is prepared with domestically sourced beef and fresh vegetables, cooked to a soft and easy-to-eat size suitable for the development of children's taste and chewing abilities. No additives such as flavorings or monosodium glutamate (L-glutamate sodium) are used. In addition, it undergoes quality control for a total of 18 criteria, including the exclusion of tar dyes and heavy metals, as required for infant and toddler foods, so parents can feel confident feeding it to their children.

In particular, a 'sodium-safe formulation' has been applied, reducing the sodium content to 170mg per pack (100g). This represents approximately 21% of the recommended adequate daily sodium intake of 810mg for Korean infants aged 1 to 2 years, according to Korean dietary guidelines. Namyang Dairy Products plans to consistently apply the sodium-safe formulation principle to its 'Aikoya Moms Cooking Baby Food' products as well, including this new sauce.

The product can be served as a complete meal simply by pouring it over warm rice without any additional cooking. When using a microwave, it can be heated directly in the pouch after removing the cap, eliminating the need for a separate dish. The spout pouch design also makes storage and portability convenient, making it useful both at home and on the go. It can be used multiple times after opening, enhancing its practicality.

Kwon Oyul, Brand Manager at Namyang Dairy Products, stated, "Moms Cooking Sauce not only adheres to infant and toddler food standards but also considers sodium content, providing a safe food option for children and a convenient cooking experience for parents." He added, "We aim to establish our brand as a provider of essential, healthy solutions for children's diets going forward."
