The Construction Division of HJ Heavy Industries was selected in the Power Brand category at this year's Asia Economy Apartment Brand Awards. Since launching the nature-oriented apartment brand "Haemoro" in 2006, the company has established its identity as a future-oriented brand. The name "Haemoro" is a combination of "Hae," meaning "sun," and "Moro," meaning "group." The brand's symbol represents "a sunlit home where nature and advanced technology are harmoniously integrated."

Located at the heart of the Nakdong River premium belt, "Gumi Haemoro Rivercity" is a residential complex that embodies Haemoro's eco-friendly philosophy through a smart green system. Built at 108 Gongdan-dong, Gumi-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, the complex spans 26,305 square meters and consists of eight buildings ranging from two basement levels to 25 floors above ground, with a total of 756 units. It was completed in April 2025.

Gumi Haemoro Rivercity is situated in the "representative old downtown of Gumi." The area is well-equipped with transportation, educational, and living infrastructure, and residents can also enjoy the natural environment along the Nakdong River. Within walking distance is Bisan Elementary School, and there are multiple elementary, middle, and high schools within a one-kilometer radius. The complex is also adjacent to three large supermarkets, banks, various administrative offices, academies, and other lifestyle convenience facilities.

Access to and from the complex is convenient via Export-daero, Sinbi-ro, and Gumi-daero, and traveling to the outskirts of the city is easy through the Gumi IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway. Its proximity to the Gumi National Industrial Complex allows for easy commutes between work and home. The complex is also near Nakdonggang Sports Park, the largest sports park in Korea, and offers excellent residential conditions for walking, with the Nakdonggang riverside trail, Gumi Stream?a tributary of the Nakdong River?and Galmoe Park nearby.

The design of the complex is also noteworthy. The buildings are primarily oriented to the south, allowing sunlight to reach even the lower floors and ensuring good ventilation. Most parking is located underground, while the ground level is equipped with park facilities and other amenities.

Within the Haemoro complex, the eco-friendly air management system "H-CATS" has been implemented to systematically purify fine dust. The system is divided by zones?including common areas, landscaping, community facilities, underground parking lots, and inside the homes?to purify fine dust accordingly. The complex features a variety of smart clean systems for air purification, such as abundant water features, an underground parking lot ventilation system, fine dust traffic lights, and cooling fog. Every unit is equipped with a high-performance composite filter system that blocks more than 99% of dust particles as small as 0.3 micrometers, enabling air purification even without opening the windows.
