The map allows users to see at a glance key indicators such as the type of industrial complex?including national industrial complexes, general industrial complexes, urban high-tech industrial complexes, and agro-industrial complexes?as well as the area of each complex and the status of aging complexes. This publication also contains the characteristics of industrial complexes and the status of tenant companies by province and city, making it a practical foundational resource for the development and support of regional industrial policies by local governments.

The "2025 National Industrial Complex Status Map and Booklet" will be distributed to approximately 320 organizations, including the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, local governments, and related institutions. It will also be available for viewing on the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation website.

Lee Sanghoon, President of Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, stated, "Industrial complexes are the driving force behind the economic growth of Korea's manufacturing-based economy, making the updating and management of information crucial. I hope this publication will be a valuable resource for local governments and related organizations in formulating and supporting industrial policies."
