This town hall meeting was organized to allow Nongshim’s management and employees to share the company’s future vision and strategies, and to strengthen the culture of communication within the organization. About 100 employees from the headquarters attended in person, while employees from domestic and overseas business sites and international subsidiaries participated via live online broadcast.

During the event, following presentations on the current state of management and future plans, the CEO answered both pre-submitted and live questions from employees. CEO Lee stated, "Although Nongshim has entered over 100 countries, our market dominance varies by country," and added, "To ensure that every country we enter can grow into a core market, we need innovation across global marketing, systems, and overall corporate culture."

Prior to the event, Nongshim held internal activities at the 'Nongshim Campus' space, including food trucks, a character photo zone, and an OX quiz, to boost employee engagement and participation.

This year, Nongshim has adopted 'Global Change & Challenge' as its management guideline, aiming to double its sales and operating profit margin by 2030 and to increase the proportion of overseas sales to 61%. To achieve this, the company plans to pursue both global market expansion and improvements in domestic profitability.
