Healing While Working at Donguibogam Village
Sancheong County in South Gyeongsang Province announced on May 15 that the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's Prevention Policy Bureau held a workation in the Donguibogam Village area.
This event was conducted to listen to the current status of safety management through on-site inspections of daily safety and to seek ways to improve key tasks.
In particular, it was held at Donguibogam Village, the largest oriental medicine theme park in Korea, providing both work and relaxation, and received a great response.
Sancheong County's Ministry of the Interior and Safety Prevention Policy Bureau is conducting a workation in the Donguibogam Village area.
Major facilities related to daily safety, such as the rural waste comprehensive treatment facility and the Donguibogam Village Mureung Bridge (suspension bridge), were inspected.
The group also visited the Sancheong County Office to gather opinions on local issues such as festivals, traffic, and pedestrian safety, and discussed policy improvement tasks.
After work, participants stayed at the Donguibogam Village Oriental Medicine Natural Recreation Forest, where they enjoyed healing time through hobbies and sightseeing.
A Sancheong County official said, "Through this workation, Sancheong County has established an opportunity for communication and cooperation with the Prevention Policy Bureau of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety," adding, "Both organizations will continue to cooperate to strengthen safety policies and promote regional development."
The official added, "Based on this workation, Sancheong County will make greater efforts to attract workations for public institutions."
