Sarangmoa Financial Service Integrates Sports Marketing into On-Site Campaigns

Expanding Everyday Insurance Experiences

Sarangmoa Financial Service, a corporate insurance agency, is expanding its customer touchpoints through on-site insurance consultation campaigns utilizing sports marketing.


Since the first half of this year, Sarangmoa Financial Service has been running the "Moamoa Campaign." This program analyzes coverage gaps based on the customer's health status and existing insurance policies, then proposes tailored products to address those gaps. At the site, financial planners (FPs) conduct face-to-face consultations, which often lead to actual contracts.


The company explained that this campaign has improved customer understanding and increased satisfaction following consultations.


Sports marketing is also producing notable results as campaign content. Since February, the company has held the "Sarangmoa Financial Service Screen Golf Tournament" every month. Preliminary rounds are conducted online for amateur golfers, while finals are held at screen golf venues nationwide. Participants also receive a certain level of injury coverage consultation services.


Starting this month, the men's and women's finals will be held separately, and the tournament will be broadcast as part of a regular TV program. In connection with this, the company is working on refining consultation scripts and enhancing its customer data management system.


Next month, Sarangmoa Financial Service will participate as an official sponsor in the "2025 Baeksong Holdings-Asiad CC Busan Open," operating a brand promotion booth. The company plans to promote the screen golf tournament on-site and attract new customers through events and prize giveaways.


Jung Sangho, CEO of Sarangmoa Financial Service, stated, "Our new direction is to create opportunities for people to approach insurance in a more familiar way,"

adding, "We will continue to expand on-site marketing that engages with customers, rather than simply focusing on sales promotions."


Sarangmoa Financial Service plans to continue developing campaigns that expand practical sales opportunities for FPs and create marketing touchpoints that encourage voluntary customer participation.
