Na Kyungwon, a member of the People Power Party, strongly criticized the Democratic Party and candidate Lee Jaemyung for their push to impeach Supreme Court Chief Justice Cho Heedae and their proposal to expand the number of Supreme Court justices, claiming that they are threatening the constitutional order of the Republic of Korea.

On May 5, Na wrote on Facebook, "Lee Jaemyung and the Democratic Party are pushing their enforcers to impeach the Chief Justice, hold hearings, launch parliamentary investigations and special prosecutors, and even create a 'special court for insurrection.' They are also trying to monopolize the judiciary by increasing the number of compliant Supreme Court justices, just like populist authoritarian regimes in Latin America." She argued that these actions are not mere political strife, but attempts to destroy the constitutional order, and criticized the Democratic Party for undermining constitutional values to protect Representative Lee Jaemyung.
She assessed that the Democratic Party is "gradually falling into an uncontrollable power structure," and predicted, "Since power and responsibility are two sides of the same coin, a destructive authoritarian power that can only justify its existence by destroying the rule of law will ultimately lead to self-destruction."
Na further criticized, "While the Democratic Party talks about defending the Constitution, in reality, it is showing a contradictory attitude by attempting to undermine the independence of the judiciary, which is a core constitutional value." She strongly condemned this, saying, "The end result will be chaos in which all order collapses, a grave they have dug for themselves."
Na Kyungwon argued that Representative Lee Jaemyung is surely aware of this. "He knows it well himself, which is why he is hiding behind a bulletproof vest, gripped by fear and delusion," she said, pointing to his political anxiety and crisis.
She went on to define the Democratic Party's legislative dominance as "an attempt to complete the scenario of one-party dictatorship by the Democratic Party, through legislative dictatorship, seizure of executive power, and control of the judiciary," and asserted that this will never succeed.
She added that the People Power Party, "together with candidate Kim Moonsu and free citizens, will remain steadfast even amid this storm, and will resolutely defend the spirit of the Constitution and the constitutional order of the Republic of Korea, based on common sense and constitutional principles." She declared, "We will block the forces destroying the rule of law with the power of law, principle, and common sense, and bring them before the stern judgment of history."
