KB Ra School is KB Kookmin Bank's social contribution initiative that provides customized mentoring to youth nationwide in areas such as academics, career paths, and culture. Launched in 2008, the program marks its 18th year in 2025. To date, approximately 5,700 middle school student mentees and about 3,100 university student mentors have participated in the program.

This year, the launch ceremony was held on the 24th, and 340 middle school students and 170 university students were selected. In partnership with the social welfare foundation Kids & Future Foundation, the program matches middle school mentees with university student mentors. It also provides access to online lectures from professional educational institutions and smart devices. In addition, a variety of activities are offered to foster a sense of belonging, including cultural experiences and networking days. During school vacations, one-day camps will be held for each grade, offering career exploration and college entrance strategy sessions.

A KB Kookmin Bank representative stated, "We will actively support youth, who are the protagonists of the future, so that they can grow up properly and achieve their dreams, while fulfilling our corporate social responsibility and working to spread a culture of mutual growth."
