The council was established by SK Hynix in 2001 to strengthen mutual cooperation with its partners. At the annual general meeting, participants discuss semiconductor market outlooks, as well as collaboration and joint response strategies.

This year, SK Hynix CEO and President Kwak Nohjung and executives, along with representatives from 92 partner companies, attended the event, reaffirming the importance of win-win cooperation in the rapidly changing semiconductor industry in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). In particular, SK Hynix introduced its latest business trends and market outlook, as well as a variety of win-win programs aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of its partners. Key joint tasks for each division, including materials, components, and equipment (Sobu-jang), as well as infrastructure, were also shared for this year.

Kwak stated, "Through the partner companies present today, I was able to feel a deep sense of trust and a bond akin to family." He added, "SK Hynix was able to respond well to the AI era thanks to the efforts and support of our partners in materials, components, equipment, and infrastructure." He emphasized, "Although external uncertainties are increasing, just as we have overcome difficulties together in the past, we will continue to grow together through a 'one-team partnership' with our partners."

Hwang Chuljoo, Chairman of the Win-Win Growth Council and Chairman of Jusung Engineering, said, "The innovation in AI memory technologies such as high-bandwidth memory (HBM) was made possible because SK Hynix and the council member companies strengthened mutual cooperation based on deep trust." He continued, "We will further strengthen our partnership with even greater trust and continue our win-win growth activities to achieve further innovation together in the future."

In addition to the council, SK Hynix plans to further expand its win-win cooperation programs in various fields such as technology, management, finance, and education. Currently, the company operates technology innovation companies that share technological infrastructure, pattern wafer support, and analysis and measurement support projects. It also supports its partners' financial operations through a low-interest win-win fund. Furthermore, through various educational platforms such as the "Hy-Five" youth talent recruitment program and the "Semiconductor Academy" for employee competency development, the company is contributing to the cultivation and expansion of semiconductor talent.
