The Gyeongbuk Community Chest of Korea (Chairman Jeon Wooheon) announced on April 20 that Hanjung NS Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Hwansik), a company specializing in battery cooling systems, has donated 30 million KRW to support the recovery efforts for wildfire damage in Gyeongbuk.
The recovery support fund raised by Hanjung NS will be used in various ways, including living expenses and emergency housing restoration, for wildfire victims in five areas, including Uiseong in Gyeongbuk, which have been designated as special disaster zones.

A representative from Hanjung NS stated, "After hearing that the wildfires caused significant damage and that especially vulnerable residents are facing threats to their livelihoods, we decided to make this donation to provide at least some support to those affected."
Jeon Wooheon, Chairman of the Gyeongbuk Community Chest of Korea, who received the donation, said, "I am confident that the positive influence of Hanjung NS will be a great help for the victims as they overcome these hardships."
