On April 10, Jung Minseok, director of 'YOUTH', one of Korea's leading fashion brands, visited the Department of Fashion Design at Silla University and delivered a lecture to current students. He discussed the present and future of the fashion industry, the latest trends, and shared practical advice that would be helpful for employment in the fashion sector.
Jung Minseok began the lecture by explaining the key growth drivers that have accompanied the steady growth of the fashion industry in recent years. He also analyzed prospects for future industry growth, taking into account the current economic situation.
His detailed explanations of the essential elements needed for employment at fashion brands?such as specialized knowledge, internship experience, competition awards, and portfolio development?as well as the qualities preferred by the fashion industry, captured the attention of the students.
The lecture also included content for students aspiring to start their own businesses.
