The Korea Real Estate Board announced on the 17th that it will develop a subscription winner verification system in collaboration with the real estate technology company DevAll Company.
The Real Estate Board explained that it signed an agreement to support the business of private companies based on its tangible and intangible assets, contributing to the development of the real estate information technology industry. Going forward, it will provide institutional and technical advice to develop data formats and verification functions used for subscription winner verification.
DevAll Company operates BunyangAll, an integrated management service for sales operations, and Cheongguseu, an automated payment request solution. It plans to develop subscription winner verification functions that comply with the forms provided to project owners and the overall environment such as the housing subscription system.

The Korea Real Estate Board has expanded private platform connections every year in line with the Ministry of Economy and Finance’s plan to strengthen cooperation between private and public institutions. The addition of Shinhan and Kakao certificates last year was also part of this effort. Kang Seong-deok, head of the subscription management department at the Korea Real Estate Board, said, "This is the second agreement following the business agreement to secure the quality of sales price data, marking the beginning of expanding collaboration with the real estate information technology industry in the subscription field. We will steadily increase the analysis of verification data to reduce the occurrence of ineligible winners."
