Sharing the Vision of a "Basic Society" and Strengthening Commitment to Its Implementation
The Jeonnam Haenam-Wando-Jindo Regional Committee of the Democratic Party of Korea announced on the 17th that it will conduct party member training at the Dream Nuri Center of Haenam-dong Elementary School on the 18th.
This training session will be attended by key figures from the region, including the heads of Haenam, Wando, and Jindo counties, Jeonnam provincial council members, county council members, and major party officials from the regional committee.

The party member training, held under the theme "The Path to Growth for Haenam, Wando, and Jindo! Toward a Basic Society," aims to share the vision of the Democratic Party's main policy direction, "Basic Society," and to strengthen the commitment to its implementation.
The Haenam-Wando-Jindo Regional Committee, chaired by National Assembly member Park Jie-won, plans to use this training to widely spread the values of a basic society within the local community and to concretize these values into region-centered policies.
The event will proceed in the following order: ▲Opening remarks by the regional chairperson ▲Basic Society performance ▲Special lecture by Jung Kyunseung, honorary professor at Kunsan National University ▲Commemorative photo session. Notably, Professor Jung Kyunseung (Vice Chairperson of the Democratic Party's Basic Society Committee) will deliver a lecture on "Growth and Basic Society," providing in-depth insights and direction regarding the concept of a basic society.
Park Jie-won emphasized, "A basic society is democracy, growth, and welfare. The end of civil strife and a change in government will begin in Haenam, Wando, and Jindo," adding, "Any Democratic Party member from Haenam, Wando, or Jindo is welcome to attend, so we ask for your interest and participation."
