Recruitment on a First-Come, First-Served Basis Every Month Until September
The Small Enterprise and Market Service announced on the 15th that it is recruiting trainees for the '2025 Small Business Industry-Specific Technical Training.'
The Small Business Industry-Specific Technical Training is a field-oriented curriculum designed to strengthen entrepreneurial capabilities and improve the management conditions of small business owners by acquiring advanced skills specific to each industry. To provide training courses in various fields such as food service and beauty care, over 120 training institutions nationwide have been selected to offer a three-stage curriculum consisting of basic industry skills, advanced industry skills, and specialized industry skills. Depending on the course, 90-100% of the tuition fees are supported.
Especially this year, to provide level-based training reflecting industry characteristics, a 'Standard System Track' will be introduced and piloted targeting Korean cuisine general restaurants.
Applications for training will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis every month until September. Any small business owner or prospective entrepreneur wishing to receive training can apply. Applications can be submitted through the 'Small Business 24' website, and detailed information and schedules for the training courses can be found in the 'On-site Training' menu on the 'Small Business Knowledge Learning Center' website.
Park Seong-hyo, Director of the Small Enterprise and Market Service, said, "This training is designed to help small business owners acquire practical skills that can be immediately applied in the field and systematically strengthen industry-specific expertise." He added, "We will continue to expand field-oriented customized training to enhance the self-sustainability and competitiveness of small business owners through industry-specific capacity building."
