The English press release service utilizes ChatGPT to translate the city’s Korean press releases into English and provides them through the English website. According to Busan Metropolitan City, the service has been designed for user convenience and improved accuracy of the information.

The translated press releases are provided alongside the original Korean versions, allowing users to compare both. In addition, official English names for key institutions, locations, and individuals are supplied when using ChatGPT, ensuring the accuracy of the materials.

This service goes beyond simple translation, establishing an administrative model that continuously accumulates English promotional materials using generative AI, and elevates the city’s information delivery system as a global city.

Busan Metropolitan City expects that the accumulated English promotional materials will become a significant asset in promoting the city’s status and appeal as a "Global Hub City" to the world.
