The classes will be led by a team of expert instructors, including teachers specializing in debate and essay writing and academy lecturers, with all tuition and materials provided by the Office of Education.

Gwangju Superintendent of Education Lee Jungseon stated, "We hope the NDD curriculum will not only improve critical thinking and communication skills, but also help reduce the burden of college admissions and narrow educational gaps."
