On the 11th, the Seoul Rehabilitation Court, Rehabilitation Division 4 (Presiding Judge Jeong Jun-young) announced that it received the creditor list with these details from Homeplus on the 10th. The creditor list is a document that organizes how much the company owes to each creditor.

Homeplus submitted 4 cases of rehabilitation secured claims worth about 26.9 billion KRW and 2,894 cases of rehabilitation claims worth approximately 2.6691 trillion KRW. The rehabilitation claims consist of secured trust claims, loan claims, CP (commercial paper), electronic short-term bonds, corporate purchase card claims, goods payment claims, sales settlement payment claims, non-merchandise payment claims, lease fee claims, and lease deposit refund claims.

The rehabilitation claims, rehabilitation secured claims, and shareholder/equity interests listed in the creditor list submitted by Homeplus are considered reported within the reporting period, so creditors do not need to file separate claims.

If, upon checking the creditor list inquiry system, a creditor finds that their claim is missing or the claim amount is incorrect, they must report the claim to the court by visit, mail, or electronic method by the 24th.

Earlier, Homeplus applied for the commencement of corporate rehabilitation procedures on the 4th as a preemptive restructuring measure, and the court decided to commence the rehabilitation procedures within 11 hours of the application.
