Aromatic Chili Peppers Added to Mala Sauce
Three Levels of Spiciness to Choose From

Genesis BBQ Group, a domestic chicken franchise, announced on the 11th that it will launch a new menu item called 'Mara Hot,' which adds the flavor of aromatic chili peppers to mala sauce.

Recently, among the younger generation, new terms such as 'Maepusim (spicy + pride)' and 'Maepamin (spicy + dopamine)' have emerged, making 'spicy flavor' a new dining trend. BBQ noted, "We paid attention to the consistently high preference for 'mala flavor,'" and explained, "Due to customer requests, we have renewed and relaunched 'Mara Hot.'"

The new product 'Mara Hot' features mala sauce combined with aromatic chili peppers and peanuts. Additionally, BBQ's special sauce made from chili peppers is added, allowing customers to enjoy spiciness in three levels from stage 1 to stage 3 according to their personal preference. BBQ is also launching the side menu 'BBQ Mattang' together.
