Good Job Cafe for Women’s Jobs Held in Daegu... 56 Hired by 17 Companies

Daegu City will operate the “Good Job Cafe,” a mobile women’s job placement event, for career-interrupted and unemployed women seeking employment. The event will be held on the 9th from 10 a.m. at Wooz Bakery Cafe (Sindang-dong, Dalseo-gu, Exit 3 of Keimyung University Station).


This event is organized by the Dalseo Women’s New Employment Center, with participation from 17 companies planning to hire approximately 56 women. There will be direct recruitment (9 companies, 43 positions) where candidates may be hired immediately after on-site interviews, and indirect recruitment (8 companies, 13 positions) where job seekers are recommended to companies.

The 9 companies conducting on-site interviews include Thephil Hospital, Shin Nursing Home, Segang Hospital, Jigeum Korean Medicine Clinic, Jalman Jeonggong Co., Ltd., Younggwang Altech, Jueun Education Co., Ltd., Jitek Industry Co., Ltd., and ST Band. The 8 companies offering indirect recruitment are Gu Hospital, Leeting Plastic Surgery, Seongsim Nursing Hospital, Suseong Jungdong Hospital, Gabom Nursing Home, Nakyeong Daycare Center, Dasa Hyosilver Town, and BNS Partner Co., Ltd.


The recruitment positions are diverse, including nursing assistants, dietitians, caregivers, social workers, hospital administrative staff, and manufacturing production workers.


Participants can also benefit from a variety of employment information services, such as one-on-one customized job counseling tailored to individual career history, age, and career interruption period, as well as information on job openings, job seekers, and vocational training courses.


Side events include Dalgubeol Small Photo Studio (ID photo shoots), fingerprint aptitude tests, career interest card tests, and career interruption prevention support events. Free beverages will be provided to participants.


This event is made possible by the local business “Wooz Bakery Cafe (Seongseo Branch)” providing the venue, allowing job seekers to participate in a comfortable environment. The location is just a two-minute walk from Keimyung University Station on Metro Line 2, increasing accessibility for local residents and job seekers.


If on-site participation is difficult on the day, inquiries can be made to the Dalseo Women’s New Employment Center for customized career counseling and job placement services tailored to career history, age, and preferred job type, as well as post-employment support services.
